The absence of blogging last week was due to our family holiday in beautiful Paris. This week’s will be short as well.
Up until now I thought I made pretty good bread. That was until I spent a week eating the produce of French bakers! Thick, chewy crusts are a clever disguise for light, fluffy insides that melt in your mouth. Ashamed, I am back to the basics. Hopefully I will think to take some pictures, and perhaps some wise bakers out there can give me some pointers!
